Information on how investors and creditors may file claims for amounts owing to them will be posted at a future date. The Receiver will submit a plan for distribution of recoveries to the Court for approval and recoveries will then be distributed in accordance with that approved plan.
Distributions will be made periodically as sufficient funds are available. A portion of the recoveries will be retained to finance interim operations of the assets and the expenses of the receivership.
At this time, the Receiver does not have sufficient information to estimate the amount of that will be distributed or when distributions will occur. It is unlikely that distributions will be made before summer, 2012.
